Suggested Use: Shake well and then add to any drink of your choice. Our personal favorite beverages to add this Passionflower Tincture into is herbal tea or water. This method will allow for the medicinal effects to take place in approximately 30-60 minutes. Alternatively, you can take this tincture sublingually (or under the tongue). This way of ingestion allows for the medicine's quickest rate of absorption into the body, with benefits taking place in as little as 15 minutes.  


Shelf Life: Thanks to the protective biophotonic violetglass that this tincture is bottled in, the medicine could last for several years. If you have any doubt on whether or not your tincture is still good, test a few drops on your tongue. If you can still taste and feel the alcohol, it is well preserved and viable. 

General Dose: We recommend taking one to two full droppers 1-3 times per day. In severe cases of extreme anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, etc you may up the dose to 5 times spread throughout the day (one upon waking, one before lunch, one after lunch, one around sunset, and one before you go to bed). Please use this Passionflower Extract intuitively in a way that works with your unique body and energy profile. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.  


Serving Size: Each serving (or full dropper) is approximately 0.7 ml of medicine. The small bottles contain 15 ml which equals approximately 21 servings.
